1 cucumber
½ cup hummus
9 cherry tomatoes
Fresh parsley
Pickled radish
Instructions:
1) Slice your cucumber into ½ inch pieces and cut your tomatoes in half.
2) Spread 1 teaspoon of hummus on top of each cucumber slice.
3) Add one-half of a cherry tomato on top of each slice.
