Ingredients:
1/3 cup gluten-free oats
1/3 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup dairy-free yogurt
½ banana, sliced
¼ cup fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions:
1) In a small container, combine oats, coconut milk, yogurt, and maple syrup. Stir well.
2) Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
