Ingredients:
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
4 cups vegetable broth
½ onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Chopped fresh chives
Paprika
Instructions:
