Ingredients:
4 6-ounce ramekins
3 ounces dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup coconut sugar
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
2) Grease ramekins with coconut oil. Sprinkle with cocoa powder to prevent sticking.
3) In a small saucepan, add coconut oil and chocolate chips. Melt over low heat. Set aside to cool.
