Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, diced
½ red onion, diced
½ cup diced chicken
¼ cup olives, pitted and sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
