  • 2 bananas

  • 1 cup cashews

  • 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

1) Soak cashews in a bowl of warm water for at least two hours.

2) Once the two hours are up, drain the bowl of cashews. Combine all ingredients, except the coconut water, in a food processor and pulse only a few times.

3) Add in the coconut water intermittently and process until a smooth mixture is formed.

4) Store in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to two days.

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • ½ tsp sea salt

Instructions:

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin pan with mini muffin liners.

2) In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potato, mashed banana, almond butter, whisked eggs, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix all ingredients well until fully combined.

3) In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir well.

4) Add the mixture to muffin liners, filling each cup about ¾ of the way full. This recipe will yield about 30 mini muffins.

5) Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool before eating and enjoy!

  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds

  • 4 cloves garlic, diced

  • 2 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • Fresh minced basil (optional, for topping)

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions:

1) In a skillet over low-medium heat, heat the cumin and fennel seeds for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. Set aside and let cool.

2) In a large bowl, combine meat of choice, apple, coconut sugar, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and cooled cumin and fennel seeds. Use your hands to combine the ingredients.

3) Begin making patties that are about ½ inch thick. This recipe will yield around 10-12 patties. Sprinkle minced basil on top of each patty (optional).

4) Grease a large skillet with coconut oil. Cook the patties over medium-high heat for 10 minutes, flipping the patties halfway. Use a thermometer to check the patties are cooked all the way through (165 degrees F). Enjoy!
